Jerusalem Artichoke Pappardelle with Preserved Lemon, Shiitake Mushrooms & Salsify
Luxurious Pappardelle pasta with meaty shiitake mushrooms and tender pieces of salsify, nestled amongst an earthy and creamy Jerusalem artichoke sauce, cooked with pickled raisins and preserved lemons. An Autumn/Winter favourite.

Microwave (850W):
Single portion (400g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Small Glass Dish provided. Heat for 4.5 minutes on full power with the lid off. Gently break apart the centre with a fork, cover with the glass lid and heat for a further 4.5 minutes. Leave to stand for 60 seconds, then serve.
Double portion (800g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Medium Glass Dish provided. Heat for 7.5 minutes on full power with the lid off. Gently break apart the centre with a fork, cover with the glass lid, and heat for a further 7.5 minutes. Leave to stand for 90 seconds, then serve.
Oven (fan):
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Single portion (400g) -Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Small Glass Dish provided. Heat uncovered for 20 minutes, then cover and cook for a further 20 minutes. Remove and stir, then recover and cook for a further 5 minutes. Check your meal is piping hot, then serve.
Double portion (800g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Medium Glass Dish provided. Heat uncovered for 20 minutes, then cover and cook for a further 20 minutes. Remove and stir, then recover and cook for a further 10-15 mins. Check your meal is piping hot, then serve.
