Tikka Masala with Cauliflower & Tofu
Tender meaty chunks of tofu with cauliflower and chickpeas cooked in a rich creamy tomato, ginger and coconut sauce with an aromatic spice blend including garam masala, fenugreek leaves and smoked paprika. Topped with fresh chilli, spring onions and coriander.

Microwave (850W):
Single portion (400g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Small Glass Dish, or any microwave proof bowl. Heat for 4.5 minutes with lid off. Gently break apart the centre with a fork. Cook for a further 4 minutes with lid on/covered. Stand for 1 minute, then serve.
Double portion (800g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Small Glass Dish, or any microwave proof bowl. Heat for 7 minutes with lid off. Gently break apart the centre with a fork. Cook for a further 7 minutes with lid on/covered. Stand for 1 minute, then serve.
