A Dovebrook favourite, the classic baked cheese has been decadently reinvented to create an intensely umami soft melty ‘cheese’ topped with an irresistibly sweet pear and lime chutney. Made from a combination of blended seeds and cashews it has been infused with miso paste, Dijon mustard and fava bean puree. Fresh sprigs of rosemary infuse the whole cheese with a refreshing minty and woody flavour.
The perfect creamy treat to gather round and dip crusty sourdough into. Served with sweet pear & lime chutney.
Serve with crusty sourdough, oatcakes, or crackers.
Microwave (850W): Remove compostable vacuum pouch and place wooden tray in the microwave for 4 minutes. Check centre is piping hot, then serve with crusty bread or oat cakes.
Oven (fan) : Remove compostable vacuum pouch and place wooden tray on a baking tray for 15-18 mins at 180C until piping hot. Serve with crusty bread or oat cakes.
