Delivery times:

Orders placed Monday - Thursday (before 11am) will be delivered the next day.

Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched on the next working day, for delivery the day after. For example, an order placed Monday at 11.30am will be dispatched on Tuesday and delivered to you on Wednesday. 

Orders placed after 11am Thursday - Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. 

The Box:

We pack your meals in the most sustainable way possible. We use 100% plant based insulation in our boxes - they are kerbside recyclable, home compostable, or you can send them back to us - please get in touch for a returns label. Our boxes and insulation are single material, and offer a 65% reduction in CO2 emissions relative to polystyrene or foam based products. 

The only part of your package that is not currently compostable are the ice packs. They can be re-used, re-cycled (according to your council's policy), or sent back to us free of charge - please contact us for a label. They are non-toxic, so if you prefer, the contents can be emptied in the sink and the bag disposed of. 

Courier:

Our courier collects your meals from our kitchen and will deliver to you within 24 hours. For every box you order we donate £1 to the Woodland Trust to offset delivery.  

Not in? No problem, our deliveries will be left in your safe place or outside your front door. Our packaging will keep your meals in freezable condition for up to 24 more hours. 

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to the Highlands or Northern Ireland at the moment, because our courier partner cannot guarantee a 24 hour delivery. We are looking at other options for customers there.
