Made with an irresistibly umami sun-dried tomato, basil and oregano sauce sandwiched between layers of wholewheat lasagne sheets. Topped with a satisfyingly rich and creamy chickpea bechamel sauce.

Recommended: Microwave (850W):

For One (275g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Small Glass Dish provided. Heat for 2.5 minutes on full power with the lid off. Gently break apart the centre with a fork, cover with the glass lid and heat for a further 2.5 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute, then serve.

For Two (550g) - 

Microwave (850W): Remove compostable vacuum pouch and place in the Small Glass Dish. Heat for 4 mins with lid off. Gently break apart the centre with a fork. Cook for further 4 mins with lid on. Stand for 1 min, then serve.

Oven (fan):

Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.

For One (275g) -Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Small Glass Dish provided. Heat uncovered for 15 minutes, then break apart with a fork, cover and cook for a further 25 minutes. Check your meal is piping hot, then serve.

For Two (550g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Small Glass Dish provided. Heat uncovered for 25 minutes, then break apart with a fork, cover and cook for a further 20 minutes. Check your meal is piping hot, then serve.
