Spiced Sausage & Herbed Gnocchi Cassoulet
Hand-rolled, herbed potato gnocchi and our delicious home-made sausages made from white beans, walnuts, sun-dried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, oregano, thyme, cumin, and fennel seeds. All of this is accompanied by a hearty rich tomato stew, British grown Fava beans, butter beans, seasonal greens, mixed peppers and blow torched sweet and juicy cherry tomatoes. This is tasty, warming winter comfort food to be enjoyed with a glass of red wine and some crusty bread.

Single portion (400g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place the meal in the Small Glass Dish, or any microwave proof container. Heat on full power for 4.5 minutes with the lid off, then gently break apart the centre with a fork. Cook for a further 4 minutes with the lid on. Remove from the microwave and stand for 1 minute before serving.
Double portion (800g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place the meal in the Medium Glass Dish, or any microwave proof container. Heat on full power for 7.5 minutes with the lid off, then gently break apart the centre with a fork. Cook for a further 7 minutes with the lid on. Remove from the microwave and stand for 1.5 minutes before serving.
Timings may differ. Always ensure food is piping hot before serving.
Oven (Fan):
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C
Single portion (400g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Small Glass Dish provided. Heat uncovered for 15 minutes, then cover and cook for a further 30 minutes. Check your meal is piping hot, then serve.
Double portion (800g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Medium Glass Dish provided. Heat uncovered for 20 minutes, then cover and cook for a further 40-45 minutes. Check your meal is piping hot, then serve.
