Thai Green Curry
Delicately spiced cauliflower, aubergine & green beans with oyster & shiitake mushrooms coated in a lemongrass, galangal, ginger, garlic, tamari and lime curry paste. Gently cooked in a coconut milk, Thai basil and kaffir lime leaf broth. The ultimate healthy indulgence.

Microwave (850W):
Single portion (400g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Small Glass Dish, or any microwave proof bowl. Heat for 4 mins with lid off. Gently break apart the centre with a fork. Cook for a further 3.5 mins with lid on/covered. Stand for 1 minute, then serve.
Double portion (800g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Small Glass Dish, or any microwave proof bowl. Heat for 7 mins with lid off. Gently break apart the centre with a fork. Cook for a further 6.5 mins with lid on/covered. Stand for 1 minute, then serve.
