Microwave (850W):
Single portion (160g) -Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Small Glass Dish, or any microwave proof bowl. Cover and heat for 1 minute 45 seconds. Leave to stand with the lid on for 30 seconds, then serve.
Double portion (320g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Small Glass Dish, or any microwave proof bowl. Cover and heat for 3 minutes. Leave to stand with the lid on for 30 seconds, then serve.
Oven (fan):
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.
