Crispy Onion Bhajis made with carrot and red onion. Tossed in chickpea flour and gently fried to perfection. Accompanied by a refreshing mint, chilli and coriander yoghurt dip. These are the perfect start to a meal, or served on their own at a party.

Sprinkle with fresh coriander
For best results, oven cook straight from the freezer:
Sauce: Remove the compostable pouch and place the sauce in a
small dish to defrost for 1-2 hours.
Bhajis: Oven (fan): Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove the compostable
pouch and place the bhajis on a baking tray, and place in the oven
for 12 minutes. Ensure food is piping hot before serving.
