Wild Garlic foraged from our own woodland in the Cotswolds, with linguine tossed in a luscious beetroot, caramelised red onion and balsamic sauce, mixed with a creamy roasted garlic and cashew ricotta, a piquant salsa verde and topped with slow roasted pieces of fennel, golden beetroot and edamame beans. The ultimate Spring or Summer pasta dish perfect to serve with white wine.
Please note we may swap in seasonal vegetables to ensure the freshest & most flavoursome ingredients.

Microwave (850W):
Single portion (400g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Small Glass Dish provided. Heat for 4.5 minutes on full power with the lid off. Gently break apart the centre with a fork, cover with the glass lid and heat for a further 4.5 minutes. Leave to stand for 60 seconds, then serve.
Double portion (800g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Medium Glass Dish provided. Heat for 7.5 minutes on full power with the lid off. Gently break apart the centre with a fork, cover with the glass lid, and heat for a further 7.5 minutes. Leave to stand for 90 seconds, then serve.
Oven (fan):
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Single portion (400g) -Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Small Glass Dish provided. Heat uncovered for 15 minutes, then cover and cook for a further 30 minutes. Check your meal is piping hot, then serve.
Double portion (800g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Medium Glass Dish provided. Heat uncovered for 20 minutes, then cover and cook for a further 40-45 minutes. Check your meal is piping hot, then serve.
