Handmade Puff Pastry Mushroom Wellington with a layer of chesnut pureé, caramelised red onions, chesnut mushrooms, sweet potato, spinach, cranberries, and pine nuts. Aromatic notes of tarragon, rosemary, and thyme. The perfect centre piece.

Serve as a centrepiece to our Dovebrook Roast Dinner.

For best results, oven cook straight from the freezer according to the instructions.

Oven (fan):

Pre-heat the oven (fan) to 180C. Remove the vacuum pouch and the foil tin, before placing the pie on an oven tray on the middle shelf and cook for 30 minutes. Remove and brush with olive oil. Return to the oven and cook for a further 20-25 minutes until the top begins to go golden.
