Fennel, Saffron & Cauliflower Soup

A refreshing and delicate balance of flavours with the distinctive floral and earthy saffron flavour running through it, making this a truly unique and delicious combination. Beautifully garnished with burnt lemon slices, toasted fennel seeds and fennel fronds. 

Please note we may swap in seasonal vegetables to ensure the freshest & most flavoursome ingredients.

Serve with warm crusty sourdough.

For best results, microwave straight from the freezer:

Microwave (850W): 

Single (385g) - Remove compostable vacuum pouch and place in the Small Glass Dish. Heat for 3 minutes with the lid off. Gently break apart the centre with a fork. Cook for a further 3 minutes with the lid on. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

Double (770g) - Remove compostable vacuum pouch and place in the Small Glass Dish. Heat for 4.5 minutes with the lid off. Gently break apart the centre with a fork. Cook for a further 4.5 minutes with the lid on. Stand for 1 minute before serving.

Hob:

Allow to defrost in a suitable saucepan. Warm on a gentle heat stirring regularly until piping hot. Do not allow to boil.
