Handmade dough balls with the finest '00' flour, served with a luxurious vegan garlic butter made with fresh parsley. Roll out and bake in the oven.

Roll and shape using semolina flour instead of plain flour for a delightful textured finish.
Pre-heat the oven to 220C. Roll the dough out into a circular base approximately 10 inches. Spread the garlic butter over it and place on a pre-heated baking tray in the oven for 7-10 minutes.
