Hearty aubergine ‘meatballs’, made with red onion, sun-dried tomatoes, capers, raisins & fresh basil in a robust fresh tomato and mixed vegetable sauce and served with wholewheat spaghetti. Topped with a delectable crunchy miso walnut ‘parmesan cheese.'

Serve with a rich red wine, we love a Sicilian Feudo Maccari Nero d'Avola. Garnish with fresh basil.

Recommended: Microwave (850W):

For One (400g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Small Glass Dish provided. Heat for 4.5 minutes on full power with the lid off. Gently break apart the centre with a fork, cover with the glass lid and heat for a further 4.5 minutes. Leave to stand for 60 seconds, then serve.

For Two (800g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Medium Glass Dish provided. Heat for 7.5 minutes on full power with the lid off. Gently break apart the centre with a fork, cover with the glass lid, and heat for a further 7.5 minutes. Leave to stand for 60 seconds, then serve.

Oven (fan):

Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.

For One (400g) -Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Small Glass Dish provided. Heat uncovered for 15 minutes, then cover and cook for a further 30 minutes. Check your meal is piping hot, then serve.

For Two (800g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Medium Glass Dish provided. Heat uncovered for 20 minutes, then break apart the centre gently with a fork, cover and cook for a further 40-45 minutes. Check your meal is piping hot, then serve.
