Bakewell Tart
A beautiful almond tart with an irresistible buttery (vegan) pastry oozing with a thick layer of mixed forest berry jam and a hint of vanilla. This is our twist on a beloved English classic. Serve with a dollop of warm vegan cream or custard.
Preheat the oven to 180C and heat for 10 minutes on the middle shelf.
