Microwave (800W):
Single portion (180g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place meal in a small dish to defrost for 3-4 hours. OR microwave on half power (400-450W) for 2 minutes, stir, and heat again for 2 minutes.
Double portion (376g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place meal in a small dish to defrost for 4-5 hours. OR microwave on half power (400-450W) for 3 minutes, stir, and heat again for 3 minutes.
