Roasted fennel cooked in paprika, cayenne pepper, bay leaves, turmeric and fennel seeds with green, yellow, and slow roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, spinach, juicy plum tomatoes and broad beans all cooked in a fragrant saffron and white wine sauce. Garnished with pickled fennel, roasted plum tomatoes and fennel fronds. This flavoursome dish should be devoured with a crisp dry white wine.

Microwave (850W):

Single portion (400g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Small Glass Dish provided. Heat for 4.5 minutes on full power with the lid off. Gently break apart the centre with a fork, cover with the glass lid and heat for a further 4.5 minutes. Leave to stand for 60 seconds, then serve.

Double portion (800g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Medium Glass Dish provided. Heat for 7.5 minutes on full power with the lid off. Gently break apart the centre with a fork, cover with the glass lid, and heat for a further 7.5 minutes. Leave to stand for 90 seconds, then serve.

Oven (fan):

Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.

Single portion (400g) -Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Small Glass Dish provided. Heat uncovered for 15 minutes, then cover and cook for a further 30 minutes. Check your meal is piping hot, then serve.

Double portion (800g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Medium Glass Dish provided. Heat uncovered for 20 minutes, then cover and cook for a further 40-45 minutes. Check your meal is piping hot, then serve.
