Generous florets of Cauliflower coated in a tangy and spicy "Buffalo" hot sauce then rolled in Panko breadcrumbs. Cooked twice for extra crunch. Served with both a vegan sour cream & blue cheese sauce for dipping.

Oven (180 degrees):

Remove the compostable pouch and place the sauces in a small dish to defrost in the microwave using the 100g (200g for a double portion) setting, or at room temperature for 1-2 hours. Place the cauliflower on a baking tray, and place in a 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.
