Crispy Onion Bhajis made with carrot and red onion. Tossed in chickpea flour and gently fried to perfection. Accompanied by a refreshing mint yoghurt dip. These are the perfect start to a meal, or served on their own at a party.

For best results, oven cook straight from the freezer:
Oven (180 degrees):
Single portion (140g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place the sauce in a small dish to defrost for 1-2 hours. Place the bhajis on a baking tray, and place in a 180 degree oven for 12 minutes.
Double portion (280g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place the sauce in a small dish to defrost for 1-2 hours. Place the bhajis on a baking tray, and place in a 180 degree oven for 12 minutes.
