Chai Spiced Plum Cake
A beautifully moist cake filled with an array of festive aromatic spices including cloves, Star Anise, ginger, cardamom and cinnamon. Topped with a warm oozy plum caramel glaze. The ideal plant-based alternative to a traditional Christmas pudding.
Serve with a dollop of coconut yoghurt or vegan brandy butter.
Remove compostable vacuum pouch, defrost on a plate, and serve at room temperature. OR
Microwave (850W): place on a microwavable plate. Heat for 1 min 30 seconds until warm in the centre.
