Hearty ‘meatballs’ made from diced roasted aubergine, sweet red onion, tangy capers, juicy raisins and fresh basil. Served with a nutrient packed garlicky vegetable sauce including slow roasted tomatoes, juicy beetroot, fennel, leek, carrot, and shallots, served with wholewheat linguine. Ensuring your child gets 3 of their 5 a day with the wonderful variety of vegetables packed into this warming and satiating dish!

For One (275g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Small Glass Dish provided. Heat for 4 minutes on full power with the lid off. Gently break apart the centre with a fork, cover with the glass lid and heat for a further 4 minutes. Leave to stand for 60 seconds, then serve.
For Two (550g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Small Glass Dish provided. Heat for 4.5 minutes on full power with the lid off. Gently break apart the centre with a fork, cover with the glass lid and heat for a further 4.5 minutes. Leave to stand for 60 seconds, then serve.
Oven (fan):
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.
For One (275g) -Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Small Glass Dish provided. Heat uncovered for 15 minutes, then cover and cook for a further 25 minutes. Check your meal is piping hot, then serve.
For Two (550g) -Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Medium Glass Dish provided. Heat uncovered for 15 minutes, then cover and cook for a further 35 minutes. Check your meal is piping hot, then serve.
