Chocolate fondant
An intensely aromatic cinnamon and cardamom infused chocolate sauce oozing out of a rich chocolatey sponge with notes of warming chilli.
Serve with some refreshing coconut yoghurt or coconut ice-cream.
For best results, microwave straight from the freezer:
Microwave (850W):
Single portion (150g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place the wooden tray on a microwave safe plate. Heat on full power for 1 minute. Remove from the microwave and stand for 30 seconds before serving.
Double portion (300g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place the wooden tray on a microwave safe plate. Heat on full power for 1 minute 55 seconds. Remove from the microwave and stand for 30 seconds before serving.
Timings may differ. Always ensure food is piping hot before serving.
