Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Torte with Cherry Jam

An intensely nutty and moist chocolate torte made with rum extract and topped with a tangy rosemary and Merlot cherry jam.

Salted Caramel Ice Cream, or any other Vegan Ice Cream you've got in the freezer
Remove compostable vacuum pouch and defrost on a plate and serve at room temperature OR Microwave from frozen (850w): Remove the compostable pouch and place both tortes on a microwave-safe plate. Heat on full power for 1 minute 50 seconds (or 1 minute 15 seconds for one torte) until warm in the centre.
Stand for 30 seconds before serving. Caution: Jam is very hot when first removed from the microwave.
Timings may differ. Always ensure food is piping hot before serving..
