A mixture of wild, chestnut, and field mushrooms with red onions, swede and carrot slowly cooked in a rich white wine and mustard sauce, tangy vegan Worcestershire sauce and creamy cashew crème fraiche. Topped with a crispy celeriac, potato, parsnip rosti and toasted spicy crunchy hazelnuts.

Serve with sautéed cavalo nero or any seasonal green you have available.

    For best results, microwave straight from the freezer:

    Microwave (850W):

    Single portion (400g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Small Glass Dish provided. Heat for 4.5 minutes on full power with the lid off. Gently break apart the centre with a fork, cover with the glass lid and heat for a further 4.5 minutes. Leave to stand for 60 seconds, then serve.

    Double portion (800g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Medium Glass Dish provided. Heat for 7.5 minutes on full power with the lid off. Gently break apart the centre with a fork, cover with the glass lid, and heat for a further 7.5 minutes. Leave to stand for 90 seconds, then serve.

    Oven (fan):

    Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.

    Single portion (400g) -Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Small Glass Dish provided. Heat uncovered for 15 minutes, then cover and cook for a further 30 minutes. Check your meal is piping hot, then serve.

    Double portion (800g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Medium Glass Dish provided. Heat uncovered for 20 minutes, then cover and cook for a further 40-45 minutes. Check your meal is piping hot, then serve.
