Tender pieces of Jackfruit, alongside some meaty shitake and porcini mushrooms form the base of this irresistibly warming pie. The rest of the filling is made up of hearty brown lentils, crunchy walnuts, slow roasted sweet red peppers, carrots, sundried tomatoes, smoked paprika, and lashings of herbs including oregano, thyme and sage. All of this is cooked in a rich umami vegan Worcestershire Sauce. The creamy topping is made with a combination of sweet and Maris Piper potatoes with rosemary, thyme & lemon zest.

For One (275g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Small Glass Dish provided. Heat for 3.5 minutes on full power with the lid off. Gently break apart the centre with a fork, cover with the glass lid and heat for a further 3 minutes. Leave to stand for 60 seconds, then serve.
For Two (550g) - Remove compostable vacuum pouch and place in the Medium Glass Dish provided. Heat for 5 minutes on full power with the lid off. Gently break apart the centre with a fork. Cook for further 4 mins with lid on. Stand for 1 min, then serve.
Oven (fan):
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.
For One (275g) -Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Small Glass Dish provided. Heat uncovered for 15 minutes, then cover and cook for a further 25 minutes. Check your meal is piping hot, then serve.
For Two (550g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Small Glass Dish provided. Heat uncovered for 25 minutes, then cover and cook for a further 20 minutes. Check your meal is piping hot, then serve.
