Ginger & Miso Sticky Toffee Pudding

A twist on the classic, this sticky toffee pudding is sinfully delicious. Made with moist dates and apricots, you'll find sweet chunks of crystallised ginger throughout the sponge. Topped with a rich miso caramel sauce, this vegan pudding is a decadent delight to the palate and the perfect way to finish any dinner party.

Awarded two stars in the Guild of Fine Food's Great Taste Awards 2022. Here are some of the judge's comments;

Oat cream goes perfectly with this dish, hot or cold.

For best results, microwave straight from the freezer (850w):

Single (130g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place the wooden tray in the microwave. Heat on full power for 1 minute. Remove from the microwave and stand for 30 seconds before serving.

Double (260g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place the wooden tray in the microwave. Heat on full power for 1 minute 55 seconds. Remove from the microwave and stand for 1 minute 30 seconds before serving.

Timings may differ. Always ensure food is piping hot before serving.

Caution: Very hot when first removed from the microwave.
