Raspberry & Pistachio Cheesecake
Dates, almonds and buckwheat form the base of this delicate cake. Followed by a layer of juicy tart raspberries blended with cashews, maple syrup and raspberry powder, followed by an indulgent green layer of delicately sweet pistachio butter blended with cashews, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
No heat required. Remove compostable bag and put on a plate. Let defrost for 1-2 hours at room temperature, or 3-4 hours in in the fridge.
