A fragrant & comforting Thai coconut curry made with fava beans, seasonal squash and tender savoy cabbage, infused with kaffir lime leaves, fresh chilli and ginger. Topped with coriander, crispy tamari marinated tofu and desiccated coconut. Simply serve with rice and a slice of lime for a more substantial meal, or keep it light and enjoy on it's own.

Please note we may swap in seasonal vegetables to ensure the freshest & most flavoursome ingredients.

Serve with some chopped cucumber, spring onions, bean sprouts, mint leaves and basil all mixed together with some lime juice and fresh red chilli.

For best results, microwave straight from the freezer:

Microwave (850W):

Single portion (400g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Small Glass Dish provided. Heat for 4.5 minutes on full power with the lid off. Gently break apart the centre with a fork, cover with the glass lid and heat for a further 4.5 minutes. Leave to stand for 60 seconds, then serve.

Double portion (800g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Medium Glass Dish provided. Heat for 7.5 minutes on full power with the lid off. Gently break apart the centre with a fork, cover with the glass lid, and heat for a further 7.5 minutes. Leave to stand for 90 seconds, then serve.

Oven (fan):

Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.

Single portion (400g) -Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Small Glass Dish provided. Heat uncovered for 15 minutes, then cover and cook for a further 30 minutes. Check your meal is piping hot, then serve.

Double portion (800g) - Remove the compostable pouch and place your meal in the Medium Glass Dish provided. Heat uncovered for 20 minutes, then cover and cook for a further 40-45 minutes. Check your meal is piping hot, then serve.
